Ownership, Stewardship & Exclusivity
Separation of Asset Ownership & Operational Stewardship
To preserve the non-dilutive value of the canonical asset while granting Dex-Trade robust operational rights, ownership and stewardship are explicitly separated:
- Agentic-AI.Network Retains: Ownership/control of
Agentic-AI.Trading, canonical asset title, network identity, distribution relationships, underlying IP, and canonical naming rights. - Dex-Trade Receives: Operational stewardship of the trading namespace, including exchange integration, account management, order execution, applicable custody, API services, security controls, and trading compliance.
Performance-Based Exclusivity Terms
Dex-Trade receives Exclusive Trading Namespace Stewardship for centralised digital-asset exchange execution through Agentic-AI.Trading.

Exclusivity is strictly performance-based (API availability, service levels, security, launch milestones, commercial targets). Scope is limited to centralised digital-asset trading and does not automatically cover equities, FX, commodities, banking, or DeFi unless separately negotiated.
